The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Proof Required
Clear photos/videos must be submitted as proof for the complaint.
4. Refund/Replacement
Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

Millets and grains opened from the original packing
Custom/ special orders
6. Farmer/Vendor Responsibility
The farmer/vendor must ensure quality packing and dispatch.
7. Platform Role
Buycrop.in will help resolve the dispute but is not directly responsible for product quality.
